The home accommodates up to eight guests and is best suited for a maximum of four adults plus four children. If your family includes additional children, please contact us before booking. A Hunting Island State Park pass is included with your stay.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, a 65-inch smart TV, an attached bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and makeup station, plus a private balcony with two outdoor lounge chairs. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The children’s room includes six twin sleeping spaces—two upper bunks, two lower bunks, and two trundles—along with board games, toys, drawing activities, a Wii, and a 55-inch smart TV. The home has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Living and outdoor spaces

The living room includes a sofa, loveseat, and 55-inch smart TV. The front porch has a table and seating area, while the back porch offers chairs, a table, and direct backyard access from both downstairs bedrooms. This duplex-style home shares a concrete wall with the neighboring residence, but each home has a separate entrance and separate front and back outdoor areas.

Golf cart, beach gear, and parking

A six-seat electric golf cart is provided for exploring the island. Because mechanical issues can occur, a replacement cart may not always be available during repairs. Guests also have access to beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. Parking for two to three vehicles is available beside the entrance.

Beach access

Fripp Island has 32 beach access points marked by white posts with blue numbers. Some offer golf-cart parking and others have regular vehicle spaces, making it easy to find a convenient route to the beach.

Important amenity-card information

Resort amenity cards are not included and cannot be purchased through this property. This means guests cannot access resort pools, golf, tennis, or amenity-card-controlled restaurants. Mango’s Island Gift Shop and the Marina deli and store remain convenient options for snacks, sandwiches, essentials, and additional golf-cart rentals.

Starter supplies and practical details

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a sponge, and paper towels for the first day or two. Seasonal trash collection is Monday and Thursday; off-season collection is Monday only. The service empties the bins where they are, so there is no need to move them to the street.

Groceries and arrival

We recommend purchasing groceries before arriving on the island. Publix, Walmart Supercenter, and Food Lion are approximately 30 minutes away. Your unique door code and check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. A separate guest guide with favorite restaurants and local activities will also be provided.
